– If meem Saakinah is followed by (ب ), the reader should hide the meem Saakinah and make Ghunnah of two beats .

- If Meem Saakinah is followed by “م” then Meem Saakin will merge with the next Meem and will be pronounced with Ghunnah of two beats .
- Note : This should be in two separate words.

Method of pronunciation of Izhaar shafawi:
– If the Meem Saakinah is followed by any letter other than( ب & م ) , it will be pronounced clearly without Ghunnah .

What is the difference between Izhar Halqi and Izhar shafawi?
- Izhar Halqi rule is related to Noon sakinah and Tanween rules, if Noon sakinah or Tanween followed by any letter of ( هـ، ء،ع، ح، غ ،خ ), you should pronounce Noon sakinah clearly without any Ghunna
- Izhar Shafawi rule is related to Meem sakinah, so if there is meem sakinah is followed by Izhar letter, you should pronounce this meem sakinah clearly with out any ghunna.
