If you register your Quran classes online at Quranbycall  or your kid’s classes as a student, you will agree on the following Terms of Service and Conditions:

1. After completion of free trial classes, you will have to decide whether or not to continue with the regular classes .
2. In case you decide to start regular classes , fee to be paid at the due date .
3. Monthly fees are paid in advance in the last week of every month for next month.
4. Classes can be paused if fee not paid on the due date.
5. If the payment is over-due for more than 7 days with no excuse , classes will be stopped .
6. HOLD/RESUME option is available . If  you need to hold the classes and  to continue later with the same teacher at the same time schedule  when  would resume, then Quranbycall  will charge the full fee per student for reservation of  the slot for you with the same teacher.
7. Leaves more than five days are considered as paid leave form your side without make up for that and it is paid if you keep the same schedule and teacher as we can’t utilize the time for any other students and teacher also can’t manage  make up  
8. If the student is absent in any class due to problem at his/her end , no make up will be provided .
9. If students miss any class without prior notice (except in case of emergency), absent will be marked and no makeup class will be arranged. Make up classes can be arranged with the same teacher or other teacher upon availability on the required time.
10. If you want to cancel a class any day , Inform your teacher or email us 12 hours earlier to avail the makeup class.
11. We reserve the right to cancel the classes if student remains absent for more than ten day without prior notice and no refund will be entertained as per our Terms of
12. Never share your contact information ( phone No., Email address, credit card information) to any teacher. Quranbycall will not be held responsible in case of misuse.
13. We reserve the right to change teacher anytime if needed for quality teaching purposes.
14. In case the teacher resigns/terminated, students will be provided with new Quran teacher.
15. Students will not stay in touch with any resigned/terminated individuals , if found in touch and getting tuitions from same teacher by any other means or joined other institution with the help of resigned/terminated individuals will be charged 6 months minimum fee according to rules.
16. Fees increments will be applied yearly for every student according to the terms of service with the ratio of about 6-7% of the present fee every year at the end of the year of the Gregorian calendar.
17. All student/parents are requested not to  discuss any payments and  your contact details with the teachers as in case of any lose or damage Quranbycall  will not be responsible.
18. Quranbycall fee of the students could be varied according to our policies of that time and terms of service.
19. Eid Holidays are paid leaves of the teachers and we have no other leaves in the year for the teachers except the two Islamic Eids . So Eid Holidays are included in the monthly fees and there are no make up classes and no refunds for these holidays.
20. Quranbycall revises Terms of Service & Conditions periodically and those would be added and updated on our website as well.
21. These Terms of service and conditions are applicable on all students.
